Rules and Regulations

Supplies:

A VERY sturdy table and alcohol.

Game Instructions:

Thumper is one of our favorite games here at beersudz. All you need is a loud voice, a pair of fists a strong table and lots of liquor.

This game is much more fun the more people you have involved so try to get together a good crowd of people. To begin playing thumper, everyone must have a place at the table and a little bit of arm room. Next, each player must come up with a hand sign or signal. A good example would be: flipping the bird, or scratching your butt or even some outrageous thing such as clapping your hands twice and then jumping up and down twice like a monkey. You can pick anything you like, let your imagination run wild. But remember is should be something easy enough for you and the other players to remember and do during play so as to keep the pace up and fun level.

Now that everyone has chosen a unique sign (everyone's sign must be different) and showed everyone at the table what it is. Play begins when a random player starts pounding on the table with both of his/her hands in rapid succession. Soon everyone joins in with the pounding until the table is really taking a beating. The player who began the thumping (thumper) yells out, "What's the name of the game?" All of the other players yell out in unison, "THUMPER!" Then the 'thumper' yells out,"How do you play?" To which the other players respond loudly,"Fucked up!" To which the 'thumper' asks,"How fucked up?" The response being,"VERY FUCKED UP!" During this last response all of the players beat on the table in time with the yelling of the response. The 'thumper' can try and fake out everyone by bringing his/her hands down quickly and stopping short of the table, if anyone is faked out and begins thumping the table then they have to drink. If this happens then the 'thumper' begins again.

After the pounding and yelling has ended the 'thumper' does his/her sign and the sign of another player. The player who's sign was just indicated then does his/her sign and the sign of another player. This routine goes on until someone messes up. The person who messes up drinks. The person who messed up then becomes the 'thumper' for the next round. This game takes a lot of concentration and brain power and should not be played by anyone whose IQ is below 80 or who is already drunk. If the person whose turn it is to throw a signal takes too long thinking than he/she loses and must consume a sip of their drink for being too slow. Have fun and get FUCKED UP!!
