1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the drawing. No purchase necessary to enter or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is void where prohibited by law and/or outside the state of California.
2. Multiple entries are allowed per person. Participants must upload a picture to beersudz.com in order to enter the contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
3. The contest will run weekly beginning July 1, 2007 and will end at beersudz's discretion. To be eligible for the drawing pictures must be received no later than saturday at midnight of the present week. The drawing will be held each sunday of the present week.
4. There will be one (1) winner determined by BeerSudz LLC. panel of judges and the winner will be notified by email. If a selected winner is ineligible or fails to claim a prize within 7 days an alternate winner will be selected. All decisions of BeerSudz LLC. (hereafter known as the Sponsor) are final and binding.
5. A total of one (1) prize will be awarded for the contest. The winner will receive from the Sponsor a free single Jellyfish Inflatable Beer Bong the color of their choosing. Sponsor reserves all rights to change or cancel contest without notice.
6. Prize excludes air and ground transportation. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize granted except at Sponsor's sole option. No prize transfers permitted. Unclaimed prize will be forfeited 7 days after winner is announced. Prizes are awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind expressed or implied.
7. Winners agree that their name and likeness may be used in promotional material and our website without compensation by the Sponsor.
8. By entering this contest, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their respective employees, harmless from any and all liability, claims, loss, damage to persons or property, costs, expenses and actions of any kind related to or arising out of entry into this contest, promotion or resulting from the acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, invasion of the right of privacy or publicity.
9. Participation in the drawing constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official rules. Neither the Sponsor, nor the Technical Provider are responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries; telephone failures of any kind, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, errors in transmission, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant's ability to take part in the drawing or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor which may cause the drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; or any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
10. Entries which are incomplete, tampered with, illegible, mechanically reproduced, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in it's sole discretion, to cancel or modify the online drawing if fraud, technical failure, virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor destroy the integrity of this promotion. The Sponsor's judgment with regard to the rules of the Contest shall be final.
11. All pictures and materials remain the sole property of BeerSudz LLC. Contestant agrees that BeerSudz.com may use said materials in future promotions, advertising, or any form of media promotion with respects to BeerSudz.com
