BeerSudz carefully manufacturers its products and hopes you will be happy with your purchase. However there may be times when you feel you need to return an item to us.

The Jellyfish^TM product/s CANNOT be returned if the package has been opened. Other products sold by BeerSudz are covered by our 30-day return period, unless otherwise noted.
Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 30-day return period are specified on the products' individual pages. Please refer to the product/s (Jellyfish) main web page for technical support.

All returns covered under our 30-day return period are subject to the following:

• RMA's must be submitted no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped (unless noted on the products page).
• All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
• BeerSudz will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
• The Jellyfish^TM line of products cannot have been opened under any circumstances for full refund.
• BeerSudz will not honor requests for exchanges under any circumstances.
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
• All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
• 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks for all refunds.
