If you haven't already heard of or played flip cup. Let me ask you this. Where the hell have you been hiding for the last 3 years!!

Rules and Regulations

Supplies:

A plastic cup and lots of beer!

Game Instructions:

Flip cup has taken the bar scene like fire. Why? Because its extremely easy to set-up (all you need is a cup) and it gets you messed up while screaming and having a great time.

So, to begin, you will need two teams of 4 or more players each person armed with a cup filed halfway with beer. Now to be exact this is a relay race between both teams. Starting at one end, each person must drink the contents of their cup and then flip it over so that it lands upside down before the next teammate in line can do the same thing. This continues until the last member on the team finishes his or her beer and successfully flips the cup upside down.
Got it? Now go and have fun!
